Job summary

Refresco is seeking a Maintenance Technician at our Modesto, CA facility. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, and work with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime.

Expect hands-on repair tasks, adherence to GMP and safety policies, and use of CMMS to document work. A minimum of four years in industrial maintenance and a technical training credential are required.

Qualifications

• Four (4) plus years’ experience in industrial manufacturing maintenance required.
• Electrical/electronic troubleshooting and repair skills required.
• Candidates will be required to take a Mechanical (Electrical) Skills and Aptitude Assessment.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health and safety policies, GMPs and wear PPE in warehouse or production areas.
• Perform preventive and proactive maintenance per schedule to prevent breakdowns.
• Use root-cause analysis to investigate breakdowns with other departments.
• Respond quickly to line stops and bring mechanical help on-site.
• Prioritize work to minimize downtime and complete CMMS documentation.
• Repair or maintain equipment including inspection, assembly, disassembly, and replacement.
• Diagnose equipment problems using test equipment and observe machine operation after repairs.
