Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. in Modesto, CA is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair manufacturing equipment across lines.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting electrical/electronic systems, and ensuring safety and quality standards. Candidates should have 4+ years in industrial maintenance and be able to work a flexible schedule in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Four (4) or more years of experience in industrial manufacturing maintenance.
• Electrical/electronic troubleshooting and repair skills required.
• Candidates will be required to take a Mechanical (Electrical) Skills and Aptitude Assessment.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs and wear PPE in warehouse/production.
• Perform preventive and proactive maintenance per schedule to prevent breakdowns.
• Use root-cause analysis to investigate breakdowns and line stoppages with other departments.
• Respond quickly to line stops and ensure the proper mechanical/electrical help is on-site.
• Prioritize work to minimize downtime and document in CMMS.
• Inspect and repair equipment to meet safety and performance standards.
