Job summary

Littfin Truss in Howard Lake, MN is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician for the 1st shift to maintain and repair manufacturing equipment and systems. You will follow preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and document work in the CMMS.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree or technical background with 5+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience, plus strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic skills. Welding experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a technical field or equivalent with 5+ years manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Welding and metal fabrication skills preferred.
• Self-directed with multi-tasking, problem solving and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Repairs and maintains machinery and equipment.
• Follows preventive maintenance programs and records work in CMMS.
• Troubleshoots malfunctions and replaces defective parts.
• Observes safety procedures around machinery and equipment.
• Assists installation/removal of equipment and building systems.
• Uses database interfaces and industrial control software.
• Maintains building systems and reports to management.
• Keeps traffic areas clear of debris and participates in work teams.
