The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing maintenance, strong mechanical/electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic skills, and welding fabrication experience. You will follow preventive maintenance plans, log results in CMMS, and support equipment installation while ensuring safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a technical field or equivalent.
• 5+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems.
• Welding and metal fabrication preferred.
• Must be self-directed with strong problem solving and communication.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain machinery and production equipment.
• Follow preventive maintenance programs and log results.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and replace defective parts.
• Ensure safety procedures around machinery.
• Assist with installation of new equipment.
• Use CMMS/industrial software for reporting.
• Collaborate with operations to prioritize maintenance.
• Maintain building entrances/traffic areas during snow/debris.
