Job summary

Littfin Truss in Howard Lake, MN is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift to maintain and repair production equipment and building systems. The role requires strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic skills, with welding/metal fabrication experience preferred.

You will follow preventive maintenance plans and document results in the CMMS. The ideal candidate has an associate degree in a technical field and at least five years of manufacturing maintenance

Qualifications

• Associate degree in technical field required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic skills; welding/metal fabrication preferred.
• Self-directed with multi-tasking, problem solving and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain machinery and production equipment.
• Follow preventive maintenance programs and document work in CMMS.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions; replace defective parts; recommend equipment replacement when due.
• Observe safety procedures around machinery and equipment.
• Support installation of new equipment and removal of old equipment.
• Collaborate with plant operations to prioritize maintenance needs and report on equipment/building systems.
