Salary: $35 - $50 per hour

Job Responsibilities

1. Perform mechanical repairs and rebuilds on all machines
2. Perform machine leveling and alignment
3. Pull and replace machine linear guides and ball screws
4. Work with complex NC machines, including up to 5 Axis
5. Diagnose, locate, and correct malfunctions in electrical & electronic systems such as machine controls, recorders, servo/axis drives, servo motors, transformers, relays, contactors, fuses, sensors, etc.
6. Knowledge of OEM machine controllers (FANUC, Siemens, NIT)
7. Support scheduling preventive maintenance, reading reports, diagrams, and drawings
8. Plan, layout, and fabricate replacement parts for major rebuilding of precision machine tools
