Whether your work includes strategic inventory planning, labeling, warehouse management, material handling, or any of our other supply chain opportunities, you will be making a meaningful contribution to our team and to patients all over the world.

Position Overview: This role involves applying skills in preventive and unexpected in-process maintenance of production equipment for both commercial and pre-commercial products, ensuring ongoing optimal performance in compliance with EHS, Good Manufacturing, Good Documentation Practices, and other applicable quality and regulatory guidelines associated with medical device manufacturing.

The standard hours for this role are Tuesday-Saturday 1:30-10:00pm.

  • Perform weekly preventive maintenance routines on a wide range of equipment to prevent downtime.
  • Check for equipment failures and perform corrective actions, including conducting and documenting impact assessments, exception work orders (EWOs), Equipment Non-conformance Reports (ENCRs), and Out of Tolerance (OOT) reports.
  • Review, follow, and perform checklist actions for all equipment in compliance with work instructions and SOPs, recording traceable information on device history records and entering data into the CMMS.
  • Utilize process knowledge to ensure successful machine outcomes, devise process changes, and evaluate new equipment for preventive maintenance scheduling.
  • Collaborate on troubleshooting and recommend maintenance to limit downtime and maintain production schedules.
  • Maintain punctuality, regular attendance, and work full shifts.
  • Perform incidental duties such as maintaining work area housekeeping, participating in cross-functional team meetings, and maintaining certifications.
What you'll need (Required):
  • High School Diploma or equivalent plus 3 years of related experience, with working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, lubrication, pneumatic, boiler, autoclave, and/or HVAC systems.
  • Trade school training in electrical, mechanical, and/or electronics, including internships.
What else we look for (Preferred):
  • Substantial knowledge of routine preventive maintenance of production equipment.
  • In-house training on specialty equipment operations.
  • Good communication skills and ability to provide professional, direct, and tactful feedback.
  • Proficiency in English (reading, speaking, writing).
  • Adherence to EHS and Quality guidelines relevant to manufacturing and clean room environments.
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing and Documentation Practices in a medical device setting.
  • Ability to work independently following detailed instructions.
  • Teamwork skills, including inter-departmental collaboration and representing the organization externally.
  • Good computer skills, including MS Office.
  • Compliance with company rules, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.

We offer competitive salaries, performance incentives, and benefits tailored to our employees' diverse needs.
