The Senior Maintenance Technician ensures the flawless maintenance and operation of our world-class convention center and Red Hat Amphitheater. This role is devoted to providing excellent repair, maintenance, and emergency response to keep our world class venues running.

You're the Ideal Candidate if You Have:
- Experience in performing advanced maintenance,which may include working with electrical, plumbing, HVAC maintenance and repair, irrigation, water distribution systems, and/or sewer collection systems
- Advance skill for troubleshooting, identifying issues, problem-solving, keeping calm under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with others
- A commitment to safety, adhering to all protocols and procedures
- The ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as determined by venue events

•Perform advanced maintenance and repair of the facility, keeping the venue impressive to the public
•Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure everything runs smoothly, maximizing equipment lifespan and minimizing downtime
•Respond promptly to customer requests, troubleshoots technical issues efficiently, recommends and implements corrective action, repairs and/or equipment replacement to resolve issues
•Maintain a clean and organized work area, promoting safety and efficiency
Education and Experience:High School Diploma or GED and three years of assignment-related equipment operation/driving or specialized maintenance experience
OR
An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above, unless otherwise subject to any other requirements set forth in law or regulation.
