If you are a Senior Maintenance Technician professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an exciting role for you! Based in our Boulder, Colorado location you will provide professional technical support for Operations and Operators, working in the production floor maintaining all aspects of maintenance. This will include preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, continuous improvement, design, development, testing, and manufacturing process improvement. Second Shift Position - Must be able to work M-TH 3:00pm - 1:00am.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Works in a production environment with Safety as the primary goal. Practices safe work habits wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for all tasks.
- Troubleshoots problems with production equipment.
- Performs advanced preventative maintenance tasks on production equipment.
- Follows engineering drawings, schematics, diagrams and manuals to understand, diagnoses issues and repair production equipment.
- Possesses knowledge of soldering.
- Uses hand tools, including drilling, measuring tools, taps and presses.
- Works with maintenance tracking software
- Works as part of a team learning to support all areas of production. Is flexible in moving between production areas based on business need.
- Possesses a basic knowledge of automation and robotics.
- Possesses knowledge of basic computer programs including Microsoft Windows and Office.
- Ability to demonstrate advanced repair knowledge, laser knowledge, mechanical and electrical skills, provide production support and assemble workstations, ability to work with DVMS.

For This Role, You Will Need:- 1800 hours of technical school or equivalent
- Six (6) years of related experience
- Basic skills for programming of PLCs and Micro Controllers
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Must be able to work 2nd shift hours M-TH (3:00pm - 1:00am) / OT as needed

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $85,000annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
