Job summary

Supplied Talent is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician for a skilled nursing facility in Colorado. You will own the physical plant end to end, performing daily repairs, preventive maintenance, safety compliance, and supervising the maintenance team.

This working supervisor role combines hands-on trades with scheduling and records management to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience across core building trades: plumbing, lighting, fixtures, flooring, drywall.
• SNF maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and follow through independently.
• Patient, tactful, and comfortable around elderly residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Keep building in safe, working order and compliant with guidelines.
• Perform hands-on repairs across trades: plumbing, lighting, fixtures, flooring, drywall.
• Create and manage schedules for housekeeping and laundry personnel.
• Order, track, and account for maintenance supplies.
• Maintain safety practices and operation of equipment.
• Assist in coordinating resident appointments and scheduling.
