This is a working supervisor role; you’ll move between office, interior spaces, and outdoor areas, manage schedules for housekeeping and laundry, and ensure accurate records while directly supporting residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience across core building trades is required.
• SNF maintenance experience greatly preferred.

You will own the physical plant end to end, from daily repairs and preventive maintenance to safety compliance and supervising the maintenance team. This is a working supervisor role, so you will be as comfortable with tools in hand as you are managing schedules and records.

What You'll Do

• Keep all physical aspects of the building in safe, working order, and maintain within state and federal guidelines
• Handle hands‑on repairs across multiple trades: plumbing, lighting, fixtures, flooring, and wall and drywall repair
• Create and manage schedules for housekeeping and laundry personnel
• Order, track, and account for maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry supplies
• Maintain proper safety practices and the care and operation of physical equipment
• Transport residents to scheduled medical appointments and help coordinate that scheduling
• Assist in developing department policies and procedures, and serve on committees as required
• Participate in required in‑service training, continuing education, and quality assurance programs
