Job summary

CCMC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure cleanliness and safe operation of facilities within our resident communities. You will perform a range of maintenance tasks, from basic repairs to more complex projects, including electrical and plumbing work, lighting, doors, and carpentry as needed.

Ideal candidates will have prior maintenance experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with managers, residents, and peers.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience required, including electrical and plumbing tasks.
• Ability to follow instructions, be dependable, and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance work from basic repairs to more complex tasks.
• Light to moderate repairs and upkeep of facilities and equipment.
• Lighting checks and bulb/ballast replacements.
• Door and lock maintenance and minor carpentry repairs.
• Plumbing maintenance and fixture repairs/replacements.
• Maintenance of common areas, pools, and facilities.
• Support after-hours and on-call as needed.
