Job summary

Investment Property Group is seeking a Floating Maintenance Technician to provide maintenance support at multifamily communities in Minneapolis, MN and Burnsville, MN. You will diagnose defects, perform plumbing and HVAC repairs, and respond to service requests to ensure property standards are met.

The role requires 1+ years of experience, strong customer service, and the ability to work with residents. Must supply own hand tools and participate in after-hours on-call rotation.

Qualifications

1+ years of maintenance technician experience in a multifamily setting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with residents and teammates.
Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies and participate in on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

Complete work orders and preventative maintenance following policies and safety standards.
Diagnose defects, perform repairs (plumbing, HVAC, appliances) and source materials.
Maintain cleanliness and safety of common areas and amenities to meet company standards.
Assist with inspections and participate in after-hour coverage as needed.
