Fountain is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician Level 1 for our properties in the Minneapolis and St. Paul area. You will perform various maintenance duties including repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs. regularly and up to 80 lbs. with assistance.
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and orally.

Responsibilities

• Perform installations, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Complete work orders within 48 hours.
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections.
