Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a skilled Maintenance Lead Technician for our distribution center in Georgia. The role focuses on maintaining and optimizing material handling equipment, conveyors, robotics, and AS/RS, with emphasis on PLCs, sensors, and safety.

You’ll train technicians and coordinate with other shifts to maintain equipment uptime. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of mechanical/electrical maintenance experience, strong diagnostic skills, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 4+ years in mechanical/electrical maintenance in a DC.
• Experience with MHE, conveyors, robotics, and AS/RS.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and electrical schematics.
• Valid driver's license and PC/mobile app proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical aspects of MHE (conveyors, sortation, robotics, ASRS).
• Troubleshoot PLCs, robots, sensors, and controls across systems.
• Develop work plans for emergency repairs of critical assets.
• Create and close Work Orders with labor hours, downtime, problem/cause/remedy, and parts used.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE; ensure a safe work environment.
