Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Lead Technician to act as a technical SME on a shift, ensuring high equipment availability and rapid repair of critical assets in a distribution center.

The role involves troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems, PLCs, robotics, and MHE controls, with a focus on safety and efficiency. The position requires 4+ years of maintenance experience in a distribution center, familiarity with NEC and MHE safety standards, and the ability to train

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in mechanical or electrical maintenance in a distribution center environment is preferred.
• Technical or industrial maintenance certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical/mechanical aspects of MHE (conveyors, sortation, robotics, ASRS).
• Configure and adjust PLC parameters and component setup.
• Troubleshoot PLC programs, field buses, and communications modules.
• Develop work plans with peers for emergency repair of critical assets.
• Utilize handheld devices to create and close Work Orders with data.
