Goldmark Property Management is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician 3 for our Sandy Creek community to diagnose and repair a wide range of residential systems while maintaining safety and quality. The role emphasizes ownership of tasks, strong communication with residents, and mentoring other technicians.

Starting pay is $23 per hour with potential for commission-based increases and tools provided, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• Has proven maintenance experience with a solid understanding of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general repairs.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of residential building systems independently.
• Take ownership of work orders and deliver high-quality repairs.
• Prioritize conflicting maintenance requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist in training less experienced technicians as needed.
