Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience with equipment and automation
• Advanced mechanical, electrical and PLC troubleshooting skills
• Ability to lead and train technicians
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations (OSHA, NEC) and maintenance best practices

Responsibilities

• Support and service of production lines within the facility.
• Perform preventative maintenance of production line equipment.
• Seasonal external facility maintenance.
• Identify parts and materials needed to perform duties.
• Maintain 5S program and training compliance.
• Coordinate resources for projects with external vendors (Journeyman level).
• Lead in designing, fabricating and welding of mechanical structures, guards and equipment.
