Job summary

Qualifications

• Electrical, mechanical, or multi-craft skills required.
• Minimum five years in manufacturing; skilled trades preferred.
• Strong leadership to plan, organize and run projects.
• Proven ability to lead and function within a team.
• Knowledge of safety, OSHA, and ANSI compliance standards.
• Knowledge of reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair production machines such as robots, presses, and forming equipment.
• Remove, replace, and repair manual, automatic, or semi-automatic machines and maintenance gear.
• Identify vendors for tasks and order parts for repairs.
• Read blueprints and schematics; troubleshoot equipment problems.
• Train Production and Process Technicians on minor maintenance tasks.
• Perform preventive maintenance and update PM procedures.
• Communicate effectively with all staff levels to meet objectives.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
