Qualifications

• 2+ years of multi-family, commercial, or similar maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Willingness to overtime and participate in on-call rotation as needed.
• Safety-conscious and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality.
• Respond to service requests promptly and professionally.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Conduct property walks and address maintenance issues.
• Oversee daily maintenance tasks and mentor Maintenance Technician II when needed.
• Communicate timelines and priorities to management.
• Perform apartment turnover activities including cleaning, painting, and repairs.
• Operate hand and power tools safely.
• Participate in snow removal as directed by management.
