Responsibilities

• Assist with preventative maintenance programs and inspections.
• Perform apartment turnover tasks including cleaning, painting, and repairs.
• Conduct property walks and equipment audits; address issues.
• Safely operate hand and power tools.
• Maintain communication with management regarding priorities and progress.
