MSS Solutions, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Mount Pleasant area, stationed at Roper St. Francis Hospital. The role requires hands-on maintenance across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general facilities tasks, with on-site responsibilities at a medical facility.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of healthcare maintenance experience, strong safety discipline, and excellent communication skills to ensure reliable operation of critical systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to work flexible hours.
• 3+ years of healthcare facilities maintenance experience (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
• HEALTHCARE knowledge preferred: DHEC, NFPA, TJC.
• Proficient with computers.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain lighting fixtures, ballasts, and circuit switches.
• Repair, replace and/or maintain 115V outlets and circuits.
• Operate and test electronic systems (fire alarm, security, timers).
• Perform preventive maintenance on plumbing systems, valves and drains.
• Maintain and patch carpentry; install/repair tiles and flooring.
