Responsibilities

• Electrical: repair and maintain lighting fixtures, ballasts, and circuit switches.
• Plumbing: repair/maintain plumbing issues; replace fixtures as needed.
• HVAC: operate/maintain HVAC systems; replace filters and lubricate components.
• General: perform preventive maintenance and keep logs per procedures.
• Respond to on-call / after-hours repair requests as needed.
