MSS Solutions, LLC is seeking an HVAC Technician – Roper II for Mount Pleasant Roper St. Francis Hospital, Mt. Pleasant, SC.

The role is based at the hospital facility and affiliated with MSS Charleston office, with responsibilities across installation, troubleshooting and startup of commercial HVAC systems. The candidate will work on-site at 3500 N Hwy 17, Mt Pleasant, SC 29466, handling equipment, service calls, documentation and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial HVAC service experience.
• Universal EPA Certification required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot and startup commercial HVAC up to ~25 tons.
• Log equipment conditions and electrical/refrigerant circuits.
• Drive and pick up equipment and parts as needed.
• Communicate with Team Lead, Staff, Sales and Customers.
• Complete tasks with minimal call-backs and timely paperwork.
• Observe and report unsafe work environments; participate in on-call rotation.
