Job summary

Evolving Solution Services is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to manage upkeep of our apartment community. You will handle repairs, maintenance tasks, and preventative care while delivering high-quality resident service.

This role requires multi-trade skills, safety awareness, and reliable transportation. Growth opportunities include on-site training and career advancement within the property maintenance team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of apartment maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, appliances and carpentry.
• EPA Certification preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work indoors/outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests promptly and professionally.
• Perform apartment turns, including repairs, painting, and punch-out work.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general building systems.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on community equipment and common areas.
• Maintain property appearance, including grounds and amenities.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergency maintenance.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company policies and local building codes.
• Maintain accurate records of completed work orders and inventory.
