Job summary

TRG Management is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to perform daily, weekly, monthly, and annual upkeep across properties. You will handle routine repairs, bookkeeping of tasks, and assist in preventative maintenance under supervision, ensuring units are ready for move-ins and that premises present a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment for residents.

Candidates should be able to lift equipment, operate plumbing and electrical systems, and follow safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs service requests as required.
• Prepares vacant apartments for new move-ins.
• Maintains property appearance.
• Performs preventative maintenance tasks as outlined in the annual program.
• Repairs plumbing and electrical systems; fixes worn parts as needed.
• Assists other departments with moving furniture and unloading supplies.
