Job summary

ICU Medical is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support installation, maintenance and repair of facility utilities, equipment, and machinery used in the production of medical devices.

Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting of complex electrical and mechanical systems, and collaboration with Engineering on projects. The role requires on-call availability and the ability to work in clean rooms and mechanical spaces.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or training desirable.
• 3-5 years of maintenance experience on production equipment and facilities.
• Experience with facility systems (air compressors, BAS, HVAC, boilers, DI water, etc.).
• Experience with test equipment and computers (Voltmeter, Ohmmeter, diagnostic gear).

Responsibilities

• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems; document all activities.
• Troubleshoot, repair and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment including pumps, motors, HVAC, VFDs, fire protection and BAS systems.
• Carry out general repairs to lighting, plumbing, and building structures.
• Contribute to process improvements and work with Engineering on projects.
• Work on-call as needed and maintain tools and work area cleanliness.
