Job summary

BioTalent is seeking an experienced maintenance professional to support biopharmaceutical manufacturing, ensuring safe, reliable operation of critical facility infrastructure, utilities, and laboratory equipment.

Responsibilities include advanced maintenance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and compliance with cGMP. You will coordinate with vendors and internal teams, and participate in on-call coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of maintenance trades experience or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, HVAC, plumbing, basic electrical/wiring, equipment servicing, and facility maintenance
• Experience in a cGMP-regulated biotechnology/pharmaceutical environment is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced maintenance, troubleshooting, inspections, and repairs across facility systems
• Maintain critical utilities and laboratory equipment
• Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and other facility systems
• Maintain accurate maintenance records in support of cGMP compliance
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to resolve issues
