Job summary

MITER Brands is seeking a Maintenance Tech III for our Temperance, MI plant. The role requires a strong mechanical and electrical background, and the ability to train lower-skilled technicians. You will work 7pm–5:30am, with overtime possible, and report to the Maintenance Supervisor.

Salary is hourly with a competitive benefits package and opportunities for advancement. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a manufacturing setting and a technical or trade school credential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing plant.
• Strong mechanical and electrical background.
• Ability to train junior technicians.
• Familiarity with schematics and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Perform all safety-compliant maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Maintain clear communication with team and supervisor.
• Complete work orders and document results.
• Maintain parts inventories and coordinate with outside contractors.
