Job summary

MITER Brands in Venice, FL is seeking a Maintenance Tech III for our manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical and electrical background, excellent communication skills, and a drive to advance into higher-level roles within a dynamic production environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a manufacturing plant maintenance role.
• Technical or trade school degree preferred, or HS diploma +2 years experience.
• Basic understanding of industrial electricity.
• Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints.
• OSHA rules compliance and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance safely and follow all safety policies.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, repair equipment in assigned area.
• Communicate openly with maintenance team and supervisor.
• Document work orders thoroughly and accurately.
• Record maintenance tasks inProteus and related systems.
• Coordinate with outside contractors on projects.
