RBC Bearings Incorporated in Weaverville, NC, is seeking a Maintenance Tech 4 to join our manufacturing team. You will perform extensive CNC troubleshooting, install and repair electrical components, and maintain mechanical systems to ensure smooth production.

The role requires strong ability to read mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics, welding skills, and flexibility to work any shift with occasional overtime.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• Industrial Mechanics Certification preferred.
• 3–5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to interpret mechanical, electrical/electronic, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics.

Responsabilidades

• Observe safety procedures and report unsafe conditions.
• Extensive CNC troubleshooting and repair capabilities.
• Interpret mechanical, electrical/electronic, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics and diagrams.
• Dismantle defective machines and equipment and install new or repaired parts.
• Install and repair electrical apparatus and components of machinery and equipment.
• Ball-screw replacement, turret alignments, gib adjustments, and backlash compensation.
• Work all shifts when needed; occasional overtime.
• Basic welding skills (MIG, TIG, Plasma cutting, Oxy Acetylene).
• Fabricate and repair mechanical devices as needed.
