Job summary

RBC Bearings Incorporated seeks an entry-level CNC Maintenance Tech I to support production equipment with preventive and corrective maintenance. You will perform basic PMs, assist senior techs on improvements, and log activities in the CMMS as part of a safety-focused team.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, basic hand-tool skills, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds. U.S. person status is required; ITAR compliance applies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be able to read and write English.
• Demonstrated use and understanding of basic hand tools.
• Employee must be able to bend, squat, stand, and lift up to 40 pounds while performing duties.
• Work on feet for entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform documented basic PMs on equipment.
• Execute projects with guidance on improvements, rebuilds, or basic troubleshooting.
• Assist other Maintenance Techs on advanced PMs and troubleshooting.
• Track maintenance activities in CMMS.
• Perform coolant tank PMs and oil skimmer PMs.
