Job summary

Rice Lake Weighing Systems is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician to support our on-site operations at the Corporate Headquarters in Rice Lake, Wisconsin.

This role focuses on troubleshooting and repairing CNC equipment and general shop machinery, with emphasis on electro-mechanical, HVAC, hydraulic systems, and robotics integration. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and hands-on experience in machine shop maintenance, blueprints, and safe equipment handling.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Machine shop maintenance experience or equivalent maintenance.
• Experience with electro-mechanical equipment repairs.
• Experience with HVAC equipment repairs.
• Experience with electrical codes and standards preferred.
• Experience with robotic equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair CNC and other shop equipment.
• Repair electro-mechanical, HVAC, hydraulic systems.
• Set up new equipment and build fixturing for manufacturing.
• Perform general maintenance and assist supervisor.
• Maintain safety and compliance; on-site presence required.
