Manitowoc Ice, a Division of Pentair, seeks a 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing operations in Manitowoc, WI. You will perform preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, and service robotics, CNC, and vision systems.

The role requires 2–5 years in manufacturing, knowledge of PLCs and safety protocols, CMMS familiarity, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Shift runs 2pm–10pm with OT opportunities and a $5k sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Electrical systems, PLCs, and industrial automation knowledge.
• Experience with robotic systems and safety protocols.
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical schematics.
• Familiar with CMMS and basic computer literacy.
• Basic welding, machining, and fabrication skills.
• Able to perform physical labor in varied environments.
• Able to bend, kneel, crawl; work at heights; lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Diagnostics on robotic arms, CNC equipment, and vision systems.
• Fabricate and repair fixtures and tooling.
• Maintain building systems including HVAC, lighting, boilers and compressed air.
• Respond to facilities maintenance requests.
