Job summary

LyondellBasell is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance technicians, ensuring safe, efficient work aligned with quality standards and SH&E procedures. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and SAP competency to manage schedules, materials, and safety compliance.

You will coordinate work orders, delegate tasks, and monitor performance while driving continuous improvement and cost-effective maintenance solutions across the site in Jurupa Valley, CA.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Five years' experience in a maintenance role in manufacturing.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, build teams, empower others, be a champion of change, problem solve, innovate, and enable value.
• Strong technical orientation with basic computer skills and SAP knowledge.
• 10 years of combined maintenance experience in a petrochemical environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides safety leadership in maintenance activities with a GoalZERO focus.
• Leads development of maintenance programs for the site.
• Leads or delegates daily Tool-Box Safety Meetings and reviews job scope with technicians.
• Coordinates Priority 1 and 2 work orders with crafts to complete work during business hours.
• Interacts with operations to manage work priorities and ensure efficient completion.
