Job summary

The role collaborates with the cost center manager to track monthly spending, approve discretionary costs, and manage headcount changes while safeguarding unit reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related technical field required.
• Typical minimum of 5+ years of plant operations, engineering, or related technical experience.

Responsibilities

• Reviews call-outs and coaches as needed to optimize maintenance resources.
• Validates and documents scheduled break-ins and creates priority 1 orders.
• Directs notifications to the Planning Priority list and coordinates schedule changes.
• Initiates planning to ensure safe and timely completion of critical jobs.
• Manages backlog to keep regulatory compliance and reliability intact.
• Routinely reviews spending against the maintenance budget and notifies leadership.
• Acts as liaison between operations and maintenance groups regarding scheduling.
