LyondellBasell in Channelview, TX is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee execution in a petrochemical setting. You will review daily schedules, coordinate 3rd party services, manage permits, and ensure safety and efficiency across OPS, Crafts, Inspection, Engineering, and Safety teams.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in maintenance execution, supervision of crafts or contractors, and proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in maintenance execution in the petrochemical industry.
• Experience supervising maintenance crafts or coordinating maintenance contractors.
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilités

• Participate in daily schedule review and plan next day work.
• Manage maintenance schedule and coordinate 3rd party services and contractors.
• Review job packages in advance using the RBS process.
• Ensure permits are efficient for contractor work and verify safety compliance.
• Monitor field progress, budgets, and ensure work stays on schedule and within budget.
• Interface with OPS, Crafts, Inspection, Engineering, Safety to keep work progressing.
• Lead incident investigations and participate in safety compliance.
