Job summary

University City Housing, a Philadelphia‑based property management company, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Summit Park Communities. You will lead the maintenance team, manage daily work orders, and oversee renovations and capital improvements to ensure resident satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in property maintenance, strong supervisory and communication skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in the property maintenance industry.
• Strong plumbing background a plus.
• Detail‑oriented, highly organized, and flexible.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and coordinating the maintenance team; daily work orders, turnovers, renovations, capital improvements.
• Maintaining and repairing physical structures of buildings, grounds, and equipment.
• Maintaining required records such as material usage, time, production and other reports.
• Performing a wide range of technical maintenance and repair operations (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, carpentry, painting).
• Maintaining a routine on‑call emergency response schedule.
