Job summary

CRM Residential is seeking a part-time Maintenance Supervisor in Philadelphia to oversee preventive maintenance, repairs, and staff scheduling. You will work under the Community Manager, ensuring property upkeep and safety standards while coordinating on-site operations.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years supervisory experience is preferred.
• Experience with boilers or appliance repair/diagnostics is a plus.
• Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• On-call availability nights and weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead preventive maintenance to preserve buildings and equipment.
• Coordinate emergency coverage and manage absences with the Community Manager.
• Inspect buildings and grounds and report deficiencies promptly.
• Supervise maintenance technicians and other staff, providing direction.
• Ensure timely completion of repairs and update the master work order log.
• Assist with annual budget preparation and bid specifications.
• Manage maintenance shop inventory and the project vehicle.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies as determined by the Community Manager.
