Jobot is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Charlotte, NC to lead the maintenance team and oversee repair and optimization of high-tech manufacturing equipment. You will manage PLC systems, robotics, and mechanical systems while ensuring safety and quality across operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory maintenance role within manufacturing.
• Extensive knowledge of PLC systems, lathe, mill, and other manufacturing equipment.
• Experience with machine maintenance tech, pneumatics, preventive maintenance.
• Strong understanding of electronic and robotic systems.
• Solid knowledge of quality control principles and safety compliance.
• Excellent mechanical knowledge and problem solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree or technical qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment to ensure uptime.
• Leading a team of maintenance technicians with guidance and training.
• Developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs.
• Troubleshooting electronic and robotic systems; coordinate with external providers.
• Ensuring safety regulations and quality standards are followed.
• Monitoring equipment performance and recommending improvements.
• Participating in cross-functional teams for continuous improvement.
