Job summary

APC is seeking a Plant Maintenance Supervisor to lead and develop the maintenance team, oversee installation and upkeep of production equipment, and drive continuous improvement across the plant. You will guide a crew, set maintenance priorities, and ensure safe, compliant operations within state and federal regulations.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong electrical/PLC knowledge, and experience in a food processing environment.

Qualifications

Education: Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred in Maintenance, Industrial Technology, Engineering or related field.
Three years supervisory experience required and strong electrical and PLC knowledge.
Food processing environment experience preferred; five years equipment maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

Supervises maintenance crew involved in maintenance and installation of equipment and systems.
Develops, implements and prioritizes the preventive maintenance program for operations machinery and the plant.
Coordinates with engineering and production teams for equipment layouts and facility changes.
Ensures safety procedures and OSHA plant safety policies are followed.
Directs workflow and assigns projects to maintenance staff, ensuring dependable operation.
