Job summary

USA Multifamily Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Amanda Park Senior Apartments in Murrieta, CA. The role reports to the Community Manager and requires a Monday–Friday schedule with possible overtime for emergencies.

A competitive hourly salary of $33–$36 is offered, and an on-site 2-bedroom unit is provided at no charge. Responsibilities include overseeing maintenance, coordinating work orders, ensuring safety and code compliance, and managing rental property inspections.

Qualifications

• Two years of maintenance experience or supervisory experience.
• Computer skills in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manages overall maintenance of the community and ensures timely completion of work orders.
• Supervises, trains and supports maintenance team members.
• Notifies Community Manager of major repairs and safety concerns.
• Maintains safety standards and compliance with applicable laws.
