USA Multifamily Management, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Consultant for Amanda Park Senior Apartments in Murrieta, CA.

The Leasing Consultant greets prospective residents and explains the features and benefits of our community while securing lease agreements from qualified applicants. Reporting to the Community Manager, this non-exempt position runs Monday–Friday 9:00 am–2:30 pm with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Leasing experience in multifamily properties.
• Strong organizational skills; weekend availability.
• LIHTC/Section 42 leasing knowledge. Implement leasing paperwork requirements. (LIHTC)

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and present features of Amanda Park Senior Apartments.
• Secure lease agreements from qualified applicants.
• Maintain resident relations and process applications.
