Job summary

USA Multifamily Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a brand-new 145-unit family community in Sacramento, CA. The role reports to the Community Manager and requires a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional overtime or on-call duties.

On-site apartment housing may be provided at no charge. The position offers a competitive hourly salary of $31–$33, with potential eligibility for a bonus program and a strong benefits platform.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in maintenance, preferably as a Supervisor.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of the community and ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Supervise and train maintenance staff; maintain curb appeal and safety standards.
• Coordinate with Community Manager and third-party vendors as needed.
