Brookside Properties, Inc. seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the Revere at Hamilton Place in Chattanooga, TN. You will lead a maintenance team, coordinate repairs, and uphold safety and resident service standards.

This role requires 2+ years in multifamily housing, HVAC expertise, and EPA Certification (Type II or Universal). Strong communication and leadership skills, plus the ability to handle after-hours calls and outdoor work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in multifamily housing.
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required.
• Strong HVAC experience.
• Skilled in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance.
• Able to handle after-hours emergency calls.
• Reliable transportation and basic tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work outdoors and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property maintenance, repairs, and safety compliance.
• Complete service requests and make-readies promptly.
• Manage maintenance team and vendors.
