Job summary

Brookside Properties, Inc. in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Revere at Hamilton Place.

You will perform general and preventative maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, and respond to service requests and emergencies as part of an on-site team. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years of maintenance experience, EPA Type II or Universal preferred, and strong teamwork.

• 1–2 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA certification (Type II or Universal) preferred.
• Proficiency in general apartment maintenance.
• Ability to handle after-hours maintenance emergencies.
• Basic tools and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform general and preventative maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.).
• Respond promptly to service requests and emergency calls (on-call rotation required).
• Maintain grounds, amenities, and building systems.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents.
• Track and manage tools, parts, and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards.
