Job summary

Brookside Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Revere at Hamilton Place in Chattanooga, TN. The role involves performing scheduled maintenance, responding to service requests, and preparing units for new residents. EPA certification is preferred, with on-call duties and a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA certification (Type II or Universal) preferred.
• Ability to handle after-hours maintenance emergencies.
• Basic tools and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general and preventative maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.).
• Respond promptly to service requests and emergency calls (on-call rotation required).
• Maintain grounds, amenities, and building systems.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents.
• Track and manage tools, parts, and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards.
