Job summary

Brookside Properties is hiring a Maintenance Technician for Revere at Hamilton Place in Chattanooga, TN. You’ll perform general and preventative maintenance, respond to service requests, and keep building systems in top condition to support residents and the community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA certification (Type II or Universal) preferred.
• Ability to handle after-hours emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Perform general and preventative maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry).
• Respond promptly to service requests and emergency calls (on-call rotation).
• Maintain grounds, amenities, and building systems.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents.
• Track and manage tools, parts, and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards.
