Job summary

Ross - A Division of Envolve, based in the Denver, CO area, is seeking a Full time Maintenance Technician to perform repairs, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance on apartment community systems.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of maintenance experience, with HVAC and EPA certifications preferred, and a valid driver's license. Must have own tools and be able to respond to emergency calls as needed.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years maintenance experience required or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• HVAC and/or EPA certification preferred.
• Previous multifamily experience preferred.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs repairs and troubleshooting of building systems and appliances.
• Conducts preventative maintenance and inspections of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and equipment.
• Responds to emergency maintenance calls 24/7 as scheduled.
• Maintains inventory and records of maintenance requests and work performed.
• Repairs and inspects common areas, vacant units, and building exteriors.
