CloudTen Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Kent, WA to oversee all maintenance at a multi-family property. You will supervise staff, plan schedules, control expenses, and enforce safety programs while ensuring timely repairs and high resident service.

The role requires 2–3 years of property maintenance experience in a ~200-unit community and 2–3 years of supervisory work, plus a college/technical certificate. Competitive hourly pay and benefits accompany a full-time position.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of property maintenance experience in a ~200-unit community.
• Two to three years of supervisory experience.
• One-year certificate from college or technical school; or two years related experience.
• Proficient at Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
• Minimum of 1 year experience working on a PC.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of property maintenance, including preventive, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with the Property Manager on staffing and training.
• Maintain inventory, schedule preventive maintenance, and ensure safety compliance.
• Ensure timely completion of maintenance requests and uphold curb appeal of the property.
• Assist in capital improvement projects and control expenses with the Community Manager.
